Structure each entry
Include: task name, audience, input format, output format, example input, and a “do not use for” line (e.g. legal advice, medical content).
Version and owner
Tag prompts with owner and last-reviewed date. Retire entries that consistently need heavy editing.
Keep it searchable
Group by function: email, reports, summaries, data cleanup. New hires should find a working prompt in under two minutes.
