From Meeting Notes to Action Items with DeepSeek
Raw notes are noisy. A two-pass DeepSeek workflow extracts decisions, owners, and deadlines — then a human confirms before anything is sent.
Pass 1: Extract structure
Ask for a table: decision, owner, due date, open questions. Instruct the model to mark uncertain rows with “verify”.
Pass 2: Draft follow-ups
Generate per-owner emails from the verified table only. Keep tone neutral and short.
Review gate
The meeting chair approves the table before follow-ups leave. Never auto-send without sign-off.
