Your First Week with DeepSeek Chat
Rolling out DeepSeek to a team works best as a short pilot, not a big-bang launch. This seven-day outline keeps risk low while you learn what prompts and review steps actually stick.
Day 1–2: Internal drafts only
Use DeepSeek for meeting bullet points, email outlines, and agenda drafts. Ban pasting customer PII or contract text until your data policy is written.
Day 3–4: Shared prompt snippets
Collect three prompts that produced usable output. Store them in a shared doc with example inputs and expected format (bullets, table, paragraph count).
Day 5: Review ritual
Assign a named reviewer for anything leaving the team. Check facts, tone, and missing context — DeepSeek reads confident even when wrong.
Day 6–7: Decide scale-up
List tasks that saved time vs. tasks that needed heavy editing. Expand only where review cost stays acceptable.
